Fried loads of streaky bacon (U.S. style bacon), deep fried some skin on chips, then once they were done, I drained them and then tossed them in the bacon fat, add a few slices of warmed brown bread and hunger over.

I regret not buying bacon for breakfast tomorrow.

But there may be some at the butcher...

If there’s no bacon at the butchers, you may have the wrong building or they are a crap butcher and you should tell them (from the door way and preferably when they aren’t holding a large meat cleaver they may throw at you).

And why not. Especially if it’s a runny egg.

Among the foods I have tried at the Indiana State Fair in years past was chocolate-covered bacon. Apparently the sweet and salty combination is favored by some.

It was awful.

Streaky bacon brushed with Canadian maple syrup is great though.

Sometimes two great things don’t go together.

I did some them warmed a fl a tbread, then toa sted it in the bacon fat on one side, added a thin layer of cheese spread then added the bacon and a little brown sauce (similar to A1 sauce to North America) and it was beautiful.
